Experienced, trustworthy, and fun. These are just a few of the words used to describe Aishas invaluable leadership skills and heart for people. She is truly a joy to be around and makes it a pleasure to work with.

Aisha experienced some avoidable situations during her high school journey. She believes that with proper guidance or involvement in a program these things could have potentially been different. Little did she know that those situations would birth a desire to fill the gap for others through Redefine Mentoring. Aisha works with her local church and has worked for and with nonprofits for several years. Her heart for service and advocacy is the catapult for all she says yes to. She recently graduated from Liberty University with her second degree. She has worked professionally in the fashion industry since moving from Maryland in 2000. Having experience working with Saks Fifth Avenue, Elie Tahari, Betsey Johnson, Armani, and Delta.

Another passion of Aisha’s is traveling. Aisha has lived in and visited India, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Jamaica, Philippines, Dominican Republic, Turkey & Israel.

Her heart for service is seen in many efforts to eradicate homelessness and hopelessness to those in transition through life’s setbacks. Her uplifting and encouraging attitude loves to look at those times as temporary and see them as an opportunity for something awesome to those that are often forgotten.
